The registration fee covers access to all plenary conferences and workshop sessions, the lunches and coffee breaks specified in the conference program, conference materials and the welcome reception.

Registration fee doesn't cover the participant accommodation. Please visit the "Conference venue" section to have more details about our suggested hotels.

Method of Payment

Participants are expected to pay the participation fees on desk registration at 09h00 am, October 02th, 2024.

The participation fees cover only one author registration (See table below).
