The workshops we provide are part of the school's overall effort to improve the quality of learning. They represent a high-level pedagogical approach aimed at supporting theoretical training instilling the theoretical foundations of technical processes in students through practical performance.

Workshops last from four to eight hours per day and primarily focus on applied work. Each student is encouraged to work independently and present a scientific report for each workshop to develop their scientific analysis skills and interpretation of results.

Our workshops allow for the deepening of practical and theoretical knowledge on biological molecules and secondary products of metabolism from various sources. The second phase aims to involve students in the manipulation of these molecules, their extraction, and transformation to produce value-added products. It also involves developing molecular detection methods, identifying microorganisms, and even expressing certain technologically valuable genes through molecular replication.

All workshops offered in the curriculum aim to prepare and promote the emergence of small businesses or start-ups based on knowledge
